St Enodoc Golf Club on the north Cornwall coast overlooks the beautiful Camel Estuary, with Padstow on the far side, and to the north are stunning views out across the Atlantic. The location on the high sand dunes is ideal for golf combined with a very picturesque location.

The club is situated in one of the driest parishes in Cornwall and being on sand is ideal for a round for a full twelve months of the year; even in the depths of winter frost is a rarity thanks to the warm Gulf Stream climate.

St Enodoc's Church course is a James Braid design that enjoys a justified reputation as one of the West Country's finest links layouts. It may not look it but the par 5 first hole is one of the easier holes, although you still have to thread your way carefully between the sand dunes. The church course has even been ranked as one of the Top 100 golf courses by Golf Digest magazine.

There is also the slightly less challenging Holywell Course at St Enodoc. It has 9 par 3s and 9 par 4s, for a total length of 4082 yards, but can still present a challenge, what with some of the weather that can sometimes blow in off the mighty Atlantic.

In 2014 St Enodoc hosted the English Women's Amateur Championship, to rave reviews from both the players and the officials of England Golf.

Undulating fairways, firm greens, some blind shots and all with the added bonus of some of the greatest sea and estuary views on any course in the world.
