The Roseland Visitor Centre is situated in St Mawes in south Cornwall, by the main car park, behind the popular Rising Sun Inn.

Here helpful volunteers can provide detailed information on attractions in the area, what to do, where to go and even how to get around the area. They stock a good range of maps, guides, bus, train & ferry timetables for Cornwall. They can also provide discount vouchers for local attractions including the King Harry and St Mawes Ferry, Flambards, The National Maritime Museum among others.

The Roseland’s principal village, St Mawes, is situated towards the southern end of the Roseland peninsula. It's a picturesque harbour with whitewashed houses guarded by Henry VIII’s clover leaf shaped St Mawes Castle.

St Mawes remains a centre for a wide range of water sports activities. Other Roseland villages include Veryan with its famous roundhouses, the twin villages of Gerrans and Portscatho, and Portloe with its tiny harbour.
