Lusty Glaze is a privately owned beach complex on the edge of Newquay, approximately 1 mile from the town.

Lusty Glaze picks up most swell, yet is sufficiently sheltered from strong winds to produce quality left and right-handers that peel off the sandbars right in front of the Centre. But the water action doesn’t stop there. Around the beach, a series of wires, ropes, pulleys and harnesses have been set up around the cliffs to test the nerves and get the adrenalin pumping. The Adventure Centre has things to climb, walk across and dangle from. There is also a hair-raising way to fly from cliff to cliff above the beach!

Follow the signs to Fistral from the centre of Newquay (Fore St) and follow Headland Rd to get to the carpark closest to the beach.
