The five main islands are Tresco, Bryher, St Agnes, St Martins and St Marys. The Island of Bryher, St Agnes and St Martins can only be reached by connecting boat trips from the islands of St.Marys or Tresco.


The largest island, St.Marys, is home to some of the UKs most spectacular beaches, historic relics and a warm and inviting community waiting to welcome you to the Islands. From fine dining to diving and sailing to golf, St.Mary’s offers the visitor a fantastic array of activities to keep the most demanding members of your party amused.


The second largest island, Tresco, brings together a rugged granite landscape with natural heathland and magnificent shell beaches. The island is home to the Tresco Estate which manages a number of businesses including; the New Inn, Gallery Tresco, the Flying Boat Club, the Island Hotel and the Tresco Abbey Gardens.


The Tresco Abbey Gardens showcase over 20,000 exotic plants drawn from more than 80 locations around the world and even in the depths of winter you can see more than 300 plants in flower.


The Isles of Scilly wildlife makes for a special experience whatever time of year you visit the islands too; from birds to sharks to shrews to seals, the Isles of Scilly is home to an abundance of wildlife if you look closely enough.
