Gwithian Beach

Gwithian Towans is good spot for surfing as the swells coming in off the Atlantic provides good conditions, pretty much all year round too. Those interested in wildlife may even see seals, guillemots, razorbills and cormorants in the bay.

Parking is good and to access to the beach you need to follow the path through the sand dunes from the car park.  At low tide there is a good amount of tide-pools...great for keeping the kids entertained! There are even some caves to explore too.

Gwithian beach is easily accessed from Gwithian Road off the A30.
