The Cornish Birds of Prey Centre offers something a little different for your holiday - Falconry Experiences!

All falconry experiences are completely hands-on, with you flying the birds yourself under supervision (gift vouchers are also available and are valid for up to twelve months). A spectator is also able to accompany the person doing the experience to take photos/video or to just watch them enjoy their experience.

There are a small selection of other animal's too plus also 3 lakes, featuring carp, roach, perch & rudd in which to test your fishing capabilities! (members only - membership available from the centre).

The Cornish ~Birds of Prey centre's aim is to give those that wish to learn more about these magnificent and beautiful creatures the opportunity to do so, and in a relaxed & fun environment.

Their 'mission statement' is: ' To provide a permanent caring home for each and every bird or animal either here now or rescued/ brought in to us in the future. To not add to the numbers unwanted and/or neglected by breeding to sell. To aim, through education, to highlight the needs of birds and animals bought as pets.

They have also completed a lot of upgrading recently, adding in a new childrens play area, a new waterfowl lake has been created and they have also brought 20 more birds to the centre.

Open 7 days a week from 1st April - 31st October inclusive (or Good Friday if earlier) from 10am -5pm.
